PANYNJ Construction Management Services at Various Port Authority 2014-2017

Project Description

Work involved Construction Administration/Management and Office Engineering Services at the Various Port Authority Locations – Tenant Alteration Application Projects and Facility Construction Projects. Daily coordination/scheduling of Construction Inspections. Monitored progress of work, progress meetings, daily reports, constructability review, budgeting, estimating. Ensured that the workforce was sufficient. Ensured that construction work was performed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and all applicable codes and standards. Ensured that construction was performed in a safe manner and completed on schedule. Coordinated construction work with facility staff. Preliminary inspections, weekly drive around, preconstruction meetings, Interim and partial final steel inspections with QAD, Generate Annual schedule of Tenant Construction Projects. Update monthly report on Work in Place. Preparation of Occupancy Permits.
