Work consist of providing Electrical and Mechanical Construction Inspection Services at all Authority facilities on providing expert professional services. Inspection services on projects containing electrical, mechanical, electronics, electrical substations, high tension work, A/C utility service, controls, security and camera systems, fire alarm monitoring systems, fire suppression systems, building management services, intercom systems, radio systems, microwave systems, water distribution systems, HVAC installation and controls. Read and interpret plans and specifications and prepare written contract administration documentation such as daily work reports, special inspection reports, daily time and material records, and document unit price work. Identify potential extra work issues and keep Resident Engineer advised of issues and prepare estimates of extra work. Prepare related sketches and documentation. Also, for the above positions the Consultant’s staff must have the ability to pass a Transportation Worker Identification Credential and/or Secure Worker Access Consortium Background Check at a High Level.
